What a joy it is to encourage you in the Word. The Lord is faithful and true to His promises! He has given us everything we will ever need to live victoriously in this life and overcome every obstacle and opposition that stands in the way of us laying a hold of every part of our inheritance in Him!
Jenny and I want to thank you for your continued love, prayers, and financial support towards this ministry. We fully understand that time is short and we are needing to get the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ out across the nations with great power and clarity – before Jesus fetches His bride from the earth.
As things in the world around us grow more and more wicked and desperate, the church of Jesus Christ must rise up in the strength and power God has given us to be the light for all people, in every nation. There certainly is a sense of new urgency that is sweeping the body of Christ and we want to be sure the Word of truth, concerning the kingdom of God, reaches every part of the globe – to energise the saved to stand strong in faith and the revelation knowledge of their identity in Christ; and to save the lost from the grasp of the kingdom of Darkness.
No matter what we see and hear around us – hold the prophetic word for this year close to your heart and contend in faith to see it become your reality!
The Word of the Lord declared over this year of 2024 is that we would experience MORE and MORE and MORE of all God has for us! Philippians 1:9 says, “And this I pray: that your love may abound yet more and more and extend to its fullest development in knowledge and all keen insight [that your love may display itself in greater depth of acquaintance and more comprehensive discernment]”.
We want to urge you to not underestimate the power of the Name of Jesus that has been given to every Believer! It is a mighty refuge for us (Proverbs 18:10), and a powerful standard of our authority over the enemy (Ephesians 1:20-21; Philippians 2:9-11) . It is also the Name we use when we exercise our faith to receive every good thing we have in Christ Jesus!
John 16:24 (NKJ) says, “Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.”
The disciples watched everything Jesus did while He was with them. They saw Him teach with authority and work mighty miracles with great love and compassion. The plan of God wasn’t just for them to observe what Jesus did, it was for them to learn from Him, so that when He was gone, they would carry on advancing the kingdom of God on the earth – through the power of the Holy Spirit and The Name!
They were to walk in the same authority over the devil as Jesus did. They were to minister deliverance and healing to all who were oppressed by the devil. They were to do the same works as Jesus did so people everywhere could see there is a better way of life available to them in the kingdom of God (1 John 4:17)! Jesus needed them to know that in order to operate successfully in His kingdom, they would need to have His Name, and understand that it gave them the power of attorney concerning anything they needed from heaven.
In Luke 10:19, Jesus told them, “Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you.” He gave them the authority to do all this by using His Name.
As Believers, we have been given the very same mandate (Matthew 28:19-20)! In Mark 16:17-18, Jesus said there would be signs following those who believe. As we use His Name, we have the authority to command demons to flee, to lay hands on the sick and see them healed, we have divine protection, and we are empowered to speak in other tongues.
The power and authority residing in the Name of Jesus is still alive and relevant today for every Believer – as it was for the disciples and early church! We know this for sure because Acts 4:12 tells us there is no other means for salvation, but through that Name! It’s still the only Name that can save and it remains higher than any other name in heaven, on earth, and bellow the earth.
Our prayer is that you will never underestimate it’s power in your life! Understand, you will never be ashamed for placing your trust in it (Romans 10:11).
