August 2024 Newsletter

What a joy it is to encourage you in the Lord again! We understand that we are living in very interesting times, and that people all over the world are having to face great uncertainty in so many areas of life.  That’s why Jenny and I want to remind you of something that will never change, regardless of what happens in the world around us.  That is the infallible Word of God!

As a network, we have, and always will, make it our top priority to carry the unadulterated Word of God across the airwaves, into millions of homes on every continent.  Your partnership with us strengthens and propels this vision further than you can imagine, and we want to thank you for that.  Making God’s kingdom interests your own, by supporting Faith TV, not only enables us to grow and expand the vision, it positions you in a place of receiving God’s kingdom reward – right back, into your own life!  Please, never lose sight of this wonderful promise!

We also never want you to lose sight of the value invested in people’s lives by this network saturating the globe with the truth of God’s Word. The Word has never lost, and never will lose its power to provide the answer to everything we face in this life.  God’s Word is His will for us, and He watches over it to produce exactly what it promises in our lives, when we choose to trust, believe, and obey it.

We love what the book of Romans says about God’s Word being sent throughout the whole world for the salvation of all people: “For ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.’ But how can they call on Him to save them unless they believe in Him? And how can they believe in Him if they have never heard about Him? And how can they hear about Him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, ‘How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!’”. (Romans 10:13-15, NLT).  Verse 18 says, “…The message has gone throughout the earth, and the words to all the world.”

Hallelujah! Together, we are working in the perfect will and plan of God for this world! We are carrying His powerful, living Word to every nation and every people!

Praise God! His Word doesn’t just carry the truth for the salvation of people, it provides a sound and secure standard to live by.  The Holy Spirit not only enlightens the Word to us, He  empowers us to walk in its wisdom, so that we can live the good life that was planned for us to walk in!

Look at what 2 Timothy 3:16-17 says about God’s Word: “Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God’s will in thought, purpose, and action), so that the man of God may be complete and proficient, well fitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work.”.

The Word is not just the unerring and unfailing truth, it instructs us, corrects us, and trains us in how to think in line with God’s thoughts, speak like God expects us to speak, and act in a way that pleases Him and enriches us with things money can’t buy!

As we make God’s Word the final authority for our lives, the results are pretty awesome! We become complete and mature in character. We also become well skilled in following God’s lead, and doing His will. There’s no greater reward than living out the very purpose we were created for, in fact, that’s what living our best life looks like!

There is nothing more fulfilling than knowing we are living in the perfect will of God for our lives by partnering together to see God’s Word reach and impact lives all around the world! Just imagine that moment where we stand before the Lord to give account for what we did, with what He provided us with. Because we honour His Word and His indwelling Holy Spirit, and do our part in seeing people all over the world impacted by its truth – we will hear the words: “Well done, good and faithful servant”.

Jenny and I want to remind you that the implications of doing our part in God’s kingdom work are not just for the here and now, but for the other side of eternity too.

Matthew 25:23 (NKJ), “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’”

Learning to please the Lord on this side of heaven positions us for the greater things He has planned for us, in particular, during the millennial reign with Jesus here on earth.

Never take the eternal rewards of your partnership in God’s kingdom interests lightly, He certainly doesn’t!
